Over the past few years, we have been working hard to create change in our community! Learn more about some of our projects below.
In collaboration with the Rockland County YMCA, Nyack Pollinators, and Teens in Action Program, we created a garden with funding from the National Contribution Project. Through our hard work and dedication, we transformed an abandoned lot into a beautiful garden for the community to enjoy. Stay tuned for our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!
Sometimes the process was hard, but it was all worth it!
In collaboration with the Rockland County YMCA, we led environmental lessons to the YMCA's Teens in Action Program, teaching them about environmentalism and the importance of conservation through fun and interactive lessons!
While working with the Clarkstown Central School District and local farms, we were granted $75,000 to implement gardens or hydroponic systems at each of Clarkstown's nine elementary schools!
